Objectives
- Find Greplak Froststaff and obtain the Heart of Ice from him.
- Deliver the Heart of Ice to Howland the Elementalist.
- Return to Howland the Elementalist for your reward.
Reward
Walkthrough
Follow the path on the map posted above to find Greplak. He can control Ice Golems, so when you get close to him he will try and summon more to defend himself with. All you have to do to finish this quest is talk to Greplak. He'll get scared and give you the Heart of Ice.
Dialogue
Initial dialogue
- Howland the Elementalist
- "Greetings Elementalist. I have a proposition for you. The Stone Summit are able to create Ice Golems using a magical gem known as the Heart of Ice. I want it. Find Greplak Froststaff in Traveler's Vale and obtain it from him."
- "Agreed?"
Accept: "Agreed."
Decline: "I don't think so."
Ask: "Obtain the Heart of Ice from Greplak Froststaff."
Intermediate dialogue
- Greplak Froststaff: "You're after the Heart of Ice! You'll never have it! Never!"
- Greplak Froststaff: "I su-surrender! Here t-take the damned thing!"

- "You w-want the Heart of Ice? H-here, take it! Just d-don't hurt me!"
