- In PvE, the Spirit of Pain summoned by this skill will have a lower level than the one created by the skill Pain at certain Communing attribute levels.
- In PvP, this skill usually summons a spirit at a higher level than Pain (PvP).
- There is a delay of approximately one second between dropping the urn and summoning the Spirit.
- Skills like Spirit's Gift, Explosive Growth and Boon of Creation's effects are triggered after the ashes are dropped.
- The Spirit of Pain summoned by this skill will still cause any other allied Spirit of Pain to be banished.
