- Black Bear's Brutal Mauling will trigger the effect of this skill.
Anomaly.This skill is only triggered by a successful hit with an attack skill against a target above 50% Health. If an attack misses, is blocked, or hits a target below 50% Health, it will not consume Anthem of Envy's charge.
