Something similar to Blood & Honor 7, where a building can be entered similar to the Hall Of Monuments but without the portal. you can go to the "local" Bar, where people would enter to buy beer from the NPC, and people entering the district can see people (through windows or transparency) drinking/dancing or whatever.

Why this is a good idea
  • Buildings that are there ONLY for looks is extremely unrealistic.
