Oppressor's weapons are fully customizable weapons introduced as a reward for completing the War in Kryta. They can be added to the Monument of Valor in the Hall of Monuments.

In exchange for 10 Medals of Honor, after completing the Battle for Lion's Arch. See the LionGuard in the western part of the Keep.
