Head northwest from the [[Zen Daijun]] mission outpost to meet up with Tsuriai, then go directly north to where you will see the lagoon. At this point, she will start her ritual, and you will have to fend off many groups of Afflicted which come in from all directions. You only need to hold out until Tsuriai finishes her ritual.

Walkthrough

As a way to exploit the monk AI, the only skill you will need for this is Blood is Power, it is also useful to bring a hero with "Fall Back!", "Incoming!" and "Make Haste!" for getting there faster. Pick up Initiate Tsuriai and go to the lake. Use Blood is Power on Initiate Tsuriai and run to the island, she will follow you to use Patient Spirit on you (you might need to BiP twice for her to come after you). Repeat this progress quickly until she has followed you over the island. There, she will safely complete the cleansing ritual and you are ready to claim your reward.
