The Coffer of Whispers is an openable item. When used it will (randomly) turn into one of the items detailed below. Note that, like Birthday Presents which operate in a similar way, a Coffer of Whispers can only be opened in a town/outpost etc.

- Given out by the Keeper of Whispers in the Gate of Anguish in exchange for a full set of Anguish Gemstones (one of each) many of the prizes are worth considerably more than the gemstones, and vice versa.
