Cruel

Cruel is a weapon upgrade that lengthens the duration of the Deep Wound condition that you inflict upon your foes and yourself by 33%. This affects deep wounds inflicted by any skill, not just from attack skills, as long as the weapon is equipped when the skill is used.

Anomaly.Despite the in-game description, this upgrade will also increase the duration of any self-inflicted deep wound (e.g. from Draw Conditions).
