Spell. Target foe loses one enchantment. For every remaining enchantment, target foe is poisoned for 3...9...10 seconds.

Spell. Removes one enchantment from target foe. Inflicts Poisoned condition (3...9...10 seconds for each remaining enchantment on that foe).
