The Etched Sword is a single-edged sword with etchings running the entire length of the blade.

The Etched Sword can be obtained from collectors only:
- Traded from Tanni Silvermane in Drakkar Lake for 5 Modniir Manes
- Traded from Kolpp in Rata Sum for 5 Krait Skins
- Traded from Sark in Catacombs of Kathandrax for 5 Pile of Elemental Dusts
- Traded from Dobb in Darkrime Delves for 5 Jotun Pelts

Dye affects the entire sword. The etching on the sword's blade will still retain their metallic sheen. The default color can be closely replicated using yellow dye.

- Jora can be seen wielding a larger version of this sword in the cinematic after Blood Washes Blood.
- This sword can also be seen on the counter in front of any of the norn service NPCs in Gunnars Hold.
