Lockpick Update
- Lockpicks have been updated to grant Lucky and Unlucky title points. Players will now receive 250 points towards their Lucky title if they successfully retain a lockpick after use, and 25 points towards their Unlucky title whenever one breaks.
Miscellaneous
- Made preparations for the Guild Wars Birthday Party weekend event.

- Fixed the blank line between instructions in the Quest Log introduced in the 4/10/07 update.
- A Tournament Reward Point box was added to the Hero Panel.
- Many missing German translations such as "Normal mode" in Party Panel are now implemented
