Legion of Avalon [LoA] was formed by four friends for the Legends of Shadow [LoS]. [LoS] was for 3 of us our first guild, and introduced us to the world of Guild Wars. After being in the guild for about a week, things took a turn for the worse. Officers started disappearing and eventually our guild leader stopped playing. Most of the other members seeing this inactivity left the guild. Determined to do something about this, Richardt Von Wien, Kaiser Wing, Tulac Procur and Tainted Gorrilla all left and formed [LoA] in September of 2006. At first, it was a shared leadership between Tainted Gorrilla and Richardt Von Wien, but after a couple monthes, Tainted Gorrilla left Guild Wars for World of Warcraft, leaving Richardt as the sole leader.
Shortly after forming [LoA] joined the Umbrella Corp [EVIL] alliance and stayed with the for a little over a year. A year into being, California Rangers [ROC] merged with [LoA]. However in November of 2007, drama involving Richardt, the leader of [EVIL] and several of [EVIL]'s members resulted in a couple officers from [EVIL] leaving and forming Quit Barking If You Don't Bite [RAWR]. A few days later [LoA] formed an alliance with [RAWR], with [RAWR] as the leader. The alliance had a rocky start, but we finally found a solid alliance with several core guilds, including long time friends, Sacred Knights Of Orr [SKoO] (a former guild of the [EVIL] alliance).
Today however things have changed. [LoA] is now the the leader of its own alliance with many old friends from previous alliances including The Knights of Drunken Nights [PuB] formerly [HOWL] from RAWR alliance, Sacred Knights Of Orr [SKoO], Sent Fromhell [SFH], and others.
[LoA] is now a medium sized guild, focusing more on friendship and fun then pure numbers. We mostly focus on the PvE side of things, and with the addition of Eye of the North, we have focused more on doing dungeons (with one done almost every night at least).

[LoA] does not discriminate based on age or experience, and we are willing to work on helping you get into elite area content.
The only thing we ask is that you keep Alliance Chat clean (as many guilds features several young people and try to be family friendly). Failure to do so will result in being kicked.
