Guild Emblemer

Guild emblemers are NPCs that provide players the services of designing capes and of producing capes for their guilds. These NPCs are recognized by the "[Guild Emblemer]" tags in their names. Guild emblemers are not in tyrian International Districts.

• Only the guild leader can create or change the cape for a guild, which is a service the guild emblemer charges 2 platinum for.
  
• All players that have joined a guild can view the designing window and design their own cape. However, they cannot actually create the cape. This also means they will not be charged for this.
