Jade Brotherhood Mesmers are Mesmers who can be found in various places in Kaineng City. They provide support to Jade Brotherhood gangs by neutralizing hexes and interrupting spellcasters. While not a threat on their own, these mesmers can make all but the heaviest of hex-based builds ineffective.
