Dye affects the entire item except the animated glow. Dye only affects certain collector and weaponsmith variants of the Jeweled Chakram. Loot, certain collectors', and certain weaponsmiths' variants cannot be dyed. The default color can be closely replicated using a mix of yellow and brown dye.
