A Luxon woman who appears to be directing the battle between Luxons and Outcasts from atop the giant shell in the center of the Hatchery. She can craft Incubator Kits.

If you have Zho's Journal:
- "I come from a long line of crafters in the Turtle Clan. We specialize in the carpentry of incubators for the hatchery. I'd be happy to make you a specially fitted incubator for your egg. Just bring me the materials and pay me for the labor. I'll even throw in some inlay work for free."
Notes
- She first appeared after the Guild Wars Eye of the North Sneak Peek Weekend (24th-26th August 2007).
- She is located on the roof of the 'leviathan' - the big wooden structure off the side of the island. You can actually talk to her from beneath it.
- Be sure to bring your materials and money and Zho's Journal with you to buy the incubator.
