Lord Khobay is a former member of the Eternal Army and the former leader of the Temple Guard responsible for protecting the Temple of War. He betrayed the Eternals and sabotaged the protection of the temple, allowing it to fall into the hands of the Shadow Army. Killing him is the objective of the quest Khobay the Betrayer.
