The Luxon Elite Ranger spawns at the Ranger Shrine in Alliance Battles. This Ranger can be ordered to follow you. To order him to follow you, talk to him. To order him to stop following you, talk to it again. When ordered to follow, he will follow you through the whole alliance battle until he dies.
