- Miasma can be found in the Zen Daijun mission and explorable area, the Isle of Meditation Guild Hall, and the Shing Jea Arena map.
- Because miasma only spreads between creatures of the same kind, Talon Silverwing, Zhed Shadowhoof, Razah and Vekk will not spread it. Miasma cannot be removed by the players themselves but it can be removed with Blessing of the Kirin cast by Zunraa.
