Elite Hex Spell. Shatter a Mirror of Ice. All foes near you and target ally take 15...59...70 cold damage and move 66% slower for 2...5...6 seconds. If you strike a foe hexed with Water Magic, Mirror of Ice recharges 50% faster.

- As with any doublecast skill, NPCs will use this skill as soon as there is an enemy within the spell's area of effect range of an ally.
- Foes suffer two damage packets if the caster is targeted; the skill also recharges 50% faster (in effect, the second packet hits a hexed target, triggering the effect).

- This is the only targeted hex spell in the game that accepts an ally as a target.
