Acquisition
Turning in an authorized Saul's Story in to Diane in Lion's Arch, Kaineng Center, or Kamadan, Jewel of Istan.

Dye affects the entire hammer. The default color can be closely replicated using yellow dye.
Notes
- This item cannot be salvaged for materials and cannot be sold to a merchant. Weapon modifications added to the weapon can be salvaged off as normal.
