Namar is an NPC quest-giver. According to his dialogue, he is of Krytan ancestry, but the last three generations of his bloodline have resided in, and defended, the Kingdom of Ascalon.

- I'm sorry, I guess I'm a bit defensive. Ascalon and Kryta were at war a long time, and we Krytans don't always get the warmest reception here.
