After giving him powder during Fire in the Sky:

"You should not sneak up on me like that, ! A single miscalculation while packing the powder and we would all be blown up. You would not want that, would you? I suppose you are here for fireworks, yes? Well you better have the materials with you. I don't have any extra!"

Can you make a rocket for me?

"I suppose I have the time to do that. But you will have to supply the materials. I barely have enough to make the fireworks needed to protect the Monastery from the nian. If you want me to make a rocket for you, I will need 1 roll of parchment, 8 piles of glittering dust, and 2 wooden planks. Do you still want me to make a rocket for you?"

Accept: Yes I would. Here are the materials.

Decline: None for me thanks. (returns to initial dialogue)

Can you make a popper for me?
