Rand Stormweaver is a bosslike foe found in the northeast corner of Justiciar Thommis's room of Slavers' Exile. He is accompanied by a small group of Stone Summit dwarves, and a patrol of Wretched Wolves occasionally passes by his location. When he is defeated, a Chest of the Slaver (Rand Stormweaver) appears at his spawn location.

Trivia

• The name of this boss could possibly be a reference to the Wheel of Time series by Robert Jordan, where the main character's name is Rand al'Thor, at one point in the series he controls a large lightning storm, which might have inspired the name "stormweaver".
