- Melandru's Watcher at any Statue of Melandru in explorable areas (See Statue of Melandru for a list of locations.)

- Realm of Torment
- Temple of the Six Gods (Only accessible during the Gate of Madness mission. You obtain this blessing, along with all the blessings of Melandru, after capturing her Shrine.)

- In explorable areas, this blessing can only be obtained while the world has the favor of the gods. Your character must kneel (/kneel emote) in front of a Statue of Melandru to summon Melandru's Watcher. After speaking to it, your character can exchange gold for the blessing.
