A Scroll of Slayer's Insight increases the amount of experience a party gains from combat by 150% (i.e. your party gains 250% of normal combat experience). The increased experience effect ends if your party fails to kill a boss for 5 minutes. Using this scroll affects all party members, not just the player who used the scroll.
Scrolls of Slayer's Insight can also be traded at Rare Scroll Traders.
