- Sympathetic Visage coupled with Famine (and, to a lesser extent, Mind Wrack) is extremely powerful when used on a single tank who is absorbing damage. It is one of the combinations that becomes more and more powerful as the number of enemies (particularly melee enemies) increases.
- Can be effectively used as a prot against adrenaline skills, hampering their ability to pressure/spike effectively.
