No, it's meant for casters that use it to boost spells, and don't use it for attacking. Backsword 09:39, 11 April 2009 (UTC)
I dunno, if you need something to "boost spells" there really are lots of better options...but then again, same goes for lightning damage & Conjure Lightning. Seems pretty useless to me ^^;; Green Arrow 18:50, 16 June 2009 (UTC)
