This weapon has been known to drop from Corsairs, and max damage tattooed scimitars can easily be found from killing Corsairs in Hard Mode. And also can be found by some of the first corsairs you see in the beginning of the game when you first start.

Dye affects the sword's handle. The default color can be closely replicated using brown dye.
