Bonjour! (Hello!)

I'm Alex Eternal, but you can call me Alex. I've been playing GW less and less and so, I've decided to turn my focus to helping the wiki wiki-stalking people and wiki-events.

"But, who are you?"

I'm Alex (No, really? /sarcasm), I'm 16, I live in Dorset, which is in the south of England, part of the UK. I've just finished Secondary School and I'm heading off to Sixth Form (like College, but more... schooly) this month. I've got the grades I need to do A-level French (BONJOUR!), English Literature (Romeo, Romeo, where for art thou Romeo?), Philosophy (Is the chair, just a chair?) and Biology (*Chainsaw noise*). Oh, and by the way, I also believe in grammar.

"What've you done in GW?"

I was a Leader of two guilds in the TIG Alliance and did a lot of work for their Forums and Ventrilo. Before that, I was a officer of the KoDR Alliance, where I moderated their old forums, though now I'm a lowly member on their new forums. I'm currently sitting in TIGK until I find somewhere suitable to move to after the French guild I was in kicked me for inactivity. I've been kicked and banned for no apparent reason, though I'm told there was quite a kurfuffle over my situation O.o. I've got thousands of hours clocked up on GW and a level 20 character of every profession (but only about 7 have done every campaign). My monk's done all of Cantha (NM & HM), most of Tyria and Elona (in HM) and quite a few HM Dungeons done. Due to the nature of the guilds I join, I mostly do HM on my own, as fellow members are very.... "ZOMG, ALEX HELP ME WITH MAYHEM IN THE MARKET, IT'S IMPOSSIBLE!!!!1". My monk's also done every Elite Mission (some on HM) except for Sorrow's Furnace (I really can't be bothered and there's no decent reward...).

"Music? TV? Films? What do you like?"

I listen to any music... anything. Rap to screamo, 70's Rock to Classical. That's not to say I like every song I listen to, I just like something in every Genre. I love Sci-fi, I completely geeked-out the new Battlestar Galactica series and watched all of the episodes in four days (The best bits were between where Starbuck gets the Arrow of Apollo until D'anna/#3 sees the Final Five in the Temple, after that it went downhill...). Stargate SG-1 was great too, but once a certain Colonel got promoted, it got boring, as Hammond's (huge) boots are hard to fill. Oh. And the Ori storyline was a cheap side-plot compared to the eight series of Goa'uld/Replicator pro-ness. Film-wise, I'll watch most things, but films I hated include (but aren't limited to): Nacho Libre, The Guardian and Max Payne. I loved the new Star Trek film, Defiance (straight to DVD with Daniel Craig) was epic and I'll watch any film based on a John Grisham book.

I'm getting used to the wiki and the coding by testing on my userpage at the moment, but I'm hoping to clear up Stubs and fill in Missing pages, but for a more specific look at what I'm doing, check my To-do List and my Blog.
