Editing playing guides

Please do not remove entire sections of playing guides. If you wish to rewrite them that's fine, but do not just eliminate them entirely. --Wyn's Talk page Wyn 21:06, 28 November 2008 (UTC)

It may help to provide a reason in the edit summary or talk page to clarify why exactly you're removing it - without a reason, large removal of content may, at first sight, seem to be in bad faith. Your fire-magic-on-warrior example is a different scenario, as it's commonly known to be rubbish and is also relatively small in size. -- Brains12 \ talk 20:37, 29 November 2008 (UTC)

Well, I was thinking about the wrong subject :P But the information in there is really outdated and mostly nerfed to oblivion.

Signature

Not sure if you're aware of this, but the lack of a timestamp in your signatures made me think I should tell you that you don't have to enter the code for your signature each time, you can put the code in the nickname field of your preferences and tick the raw signatures box. Recent edit to lynsey's archive pages

Hey hey, just a wee heads up but once something has been moved to an archive page it is no longer open to be edited further by the community and is really only their for reference purposes thus why your last 2 edits have been reverted. Yes but it being archived means it's been read by the user and is no longer needed info as they already have it in mind. Also I'm not completely sure that Lynsey is the bug woman. Soulmate? no. I am a girl, not a guy. She's a good friend of a circle of friends that I share things with. Not a best friend. I have that already as well as a soulmate. She was like family. Secondly, that issue should be a dead one. Thirdly, the ip thing? Others were calling it racial. No one looks at the actual picture, Only some have. I was being Nice to begin with. Just others are the ones that take it out of hand. Perhaps a peek at not just talk pages, but page history, etc. woulda helped clear things up. Things are settled with that. I don't have problems honestly with ips themselves. Just well... Let's take a look at this senario. Say I registered as an Ip. Okay, no problems. I play a bit, but Ip addresses can change the next day, month, etc. Also Ip Addresses can be spoofed aka like Proxy IPs. Different users can use the same Ip using a proxy. There are two policies on here, closely the same or similar. Some of us, including me was thinking ip was just an Ip, but with being actual account. As this Ip (back to the senario here) I was 'posing' to be an unregistered account. The ip with total 00s is not really an 'actual' ip or can be considered one. Others may use numbers, fine. Just if here's another thing. Registered user as Ip... that actual ip changes. Another user on here ends up with that ip... See where I am getting at? Where as actual numbers like 54 or names like your's? No problem. It's not a racial or an issue I have with ips as so many think and it's not a situation like that Sita. It's just in an opinion, if I'm gonna have an account , I would try not to have an account that could cause problems, aka create a nickname with bad words, or use numbers that'd resemble an actual ip, whether it's mine or not. I'd have to take in effect that if I use this longer than I 'mean to' ... Even if it's mine, It could end up being another's and that'd be 'impersonating' causing more problems than worth. Had thought about registering my IP as my name, before this handle, but I decided to have a name to resemble the character i have in the game. Hope this can clarify that I'm not such a 'bitch' as I may appear often times, but there's 'reasons' behind things. I could have been uglier, but I chose not to.
