Note Guild Wars Wiki:Arbitration committee/2007-09-19-User:Skuld. --Rezyk 23:17, 19 September 2007 (UTC)

Hey, Skuld. You haven't commented at all on that arbitration talk page, and I'd like to know what you think of this situation. Or at least whether you think that a non-ArbComm solution is possible? (By "solution" meaning something that'll content everyone.) For instance, maybe someone from the community could vouch for you; for a certain period of time (X weeks/months), if anyone thinks a comment you made is too hostile/disruptive, they can contact this person, and he has the right to rewrite that comment for you or remove completely, depending on the severity. It can very well be someone you know, Tanaric, Biro, etc; even I myself would be glad to help with this if you were ok with it.
Even if you don't agree with this particular example, maybe we can come up with something else that satisfies all parties, without having to resort to the ArbComm to take that decision? Cheers, --Dirigible 16:10, 21 September 2007 (UTC)
If you'd like someone to do it that might be seen as more impartial than someone that you've known for a long time, I'd be happy to help out. Assuming, of course, that this was acceptable. MisterPepe talk 02:17, 23 September 2007 (UTC)

"Don't Believe Their Lies!"

Now that you say it, arguing that it maybe never had an icon is wrong...well, i googled through several sites, and i could never find sth out about the icon, the adrenaline and the duration, so i thought this skill was never finished. but ok, that does not mean that anet simply never had shown the icon to the community. Suppose we can only figgure this out if somebody that worked on this skill wants to help. —ZerphatalkThe Improver 13:28, 2 December 2007 (UTC)

It might be left floating about in Gw.dat somewhere...? --Santax (talk · contribs) 19:03, 6 December 2007 (UTC)
The information does, the icon doesn't. --Cursed Angel talk 19:06, 6 December 2007 (UTC)

There's no way to say either way, so we shouldn't assume anything. "An icon for this skill can not be found."? Or even better, ask Emily?! — Skuld 19:07, 6 December 2007 (UTC)

Consider taking part in the talk page discussion before reverting the current consensus. And don't tell Aberrant to "fuck off". It will do you no good. Isn't the first time you've violated GWW:NPA. (Note that I happen to agree with you on the content issue, but that's neither here nor there.) - Backsword

Fuck off is a command, not a personal assault. — Skakid HoHoHo 02:11, 13 December 2007 (UTC)
And yet, still a violation of GWW:NPA. - BeX iawtc 03:20, 13 December 2007 (UTC)
"Your statement about fuck off breaking npa is wrong because of information at GWW:NPA". --Cursed Angel talk 03:27, 13 December 2007 (UTC)

Maybe you should read it again. - BeX iawtc 03:32, 13 December 2007 (UTC)
"Additionally, editors are strongly discouraged from using profanity in comments to other contributors." Is this what your talking about? If so, it says its strongly discouraged, not against policy. — Teh Uber Pwnzer 03:34, 13 December 2007 (UTC)
You're getting close. - BeX iawtc 03:38, 13 December 2007 (UTC)
Perhaps this part? Equally, accusing someone of making a personal attack is not something that should be done lightly, especially if you are involved in a dispute. It is best for an uninvolved observer to politely point out that someone has made a personal attack, and for the discussion to return to considering the content, not the person. -- 03:42, 13 December 2007 (UTC)
haha awsome, there u go bexor and backsword, eat it --Cursed Angel talk 03:45, 13 December 2007 (UTC)
That was a little uncalled for... - - Raknor - Talk 03:49, 13 December 2007 (UTC)

As an uninvolved observer: Skuld, please consider not telling people to fuck off. It's distracting and detrimental.

Actually, wait, keep doing it. Next time ArbComm gets involved, they might let me ban you! :) —Tanaric 04:56, 13 December 2007 (UTC)
