"Honor the Codex" is one of the Declarations of Honor decreed by the Zaishen High Council as a ruling tenet of the Codex Arena.

For truly honorable combat, all combatants must only use skills included in the current Codex. Each Codex holds a number of randomly selected skills from each profession. A new Codex is put into effect every six hours. [sic]

Bug.While the text still says that the codex is updated every six hours, since the June 2nd, 2011 update, the Codex now actually changes every 24 hours.
