- Decreased recharge time to 0; decreased Energy cost to 0; increased adrenaline cost to 4 strikes. Functionality changed to: "(3 seconds.) Allies within earshot gain 0...1...1 Energy regeneration."
Elite Shout. For 3 seconds, all allies within earshot gain 0...1...1 Energy regeneration.
