A knife-shaped version of the Grim Cestas, this skin can only be obtained through the completion of the quest below. The item has become popular due to its utility in 55 monk equipment.

Dye affects the entire item. The item will dye to the color specified with the wrappings dying slightly darker than the rest of the item. The default color can be closely replicated using yellow dye.

• Regular foci may only reduce health by 20 with the inscription "Life is Pain", or the associated inherent mod.
• This item is necessary for the 55 monk build.
