A 130 Dervish (or sometimes just called a 130) was a basic farming build that was used by dervish primaries that in a similar way to the 55 Monk build. In that, it used superior runes to lower the maximum health of the Dervish down to 130 hp, then reducing the damage taken using Protective Spirit.

[edit] General Principle
[edit] Basis
To use this build, you must be a dervish primary (level 15+). Secondary 130 Dervish's are almost never seen, mainly due to mysticism. You must also be a monk secondary. This is one of the most important factors because in order for the build to work, you must have the monk skill, Protective Spirit.
The core of this build consists of three skills: Protective Spirit (previously mentioned), Mystic Regeneration, and Mystic Vigor. The next items that are needed are superior runes. This build requires five of them, each taking away -75hp maximum health. Unlike a 55 monk, though, this build does not require the -50hp Grim Cesta that you get from the Cities of Ascalon quest.
Any armor can be used for this build. To save money, some people get armor from Kamadan, which costs around 100-250 gold counting materials. Though if for some reason Protective Spirit fails, maximum armor can be a slightly effective backup until you can recast.

[edit] The Startup
First off, you must have a spot you wish to farm. Hard Mode is also recommended, though if you are new to farming, going to a high level normal mode area is a good start. Cast your skills in this order: Balthazar's Spirit/Essence Bond (the order of those does not matter). Then, as you approach a group, cast Protective Spirit, Mystic Regeneration, then Mystic Vigor. As you fight, make sure to spam your attack skills and keep your enchantments up!
When fighting multiple enemies, one of the two most crucial spells are Essence Bond and Balthazar's Spirit. The more you fight, the more energy you gain, therefore maximizing the amount of spells you can cast. Without these skills, you are limited to fighting only small mobs.
[edit] The End Results and Rewards
By now (about 2-5 minutes of time) the mob you are fighting should be either dead or near death. Keep up your enchantments, and finish them off! If you are fighting in HM, you can get anywhere from Lower level weapons to rare gold weapons, possibly found only in that area. Now, rinse, lather, and repeat.
