  • Consider using Mind Wrack in order to both give you a visual cue when the target is out of energy and add damage to the spike.
Bug Bug.
Aneurysm does not take account of exhaustion when calculating how much energy to generate. As such it combines well with skills that force exhaustion like Arcane Languor or Exhausting Assault as it will deal high damage without actually returning energy.
