Idea (Discussion)

I would like to propose an ingame voice chatting system. This system can be used from Guild Chats to random groups you meet in the world. I am well aware of the existence and have used a lot of voice chatting programs like Teamspeak/Ventrillo/Xfire however this task can be quite a time waster like trying to hop into programs with correct passwords, addresses while keeping guild wars open. I believe this will create a strong and fun community which will further encourage players to keep playing. Interaction between Pick-Up Groups (we all know how an overwhelming number of people use PUGs) is minimal and this can help create stronger friendships. This can also be convenient in ways many ways such as when you are busy fighting and do not have time to type. This can relay messages quickly during critical moments. There should also be an option similar to blocking but instead to mute specific players so distractions from immature players won't get the team killed.

Why this is a good idea
  •   Encourages player social interactions
  •   Build stronger community
  •   Convenience
  •   Makes doing missions a lot easier and other things, especaally pvp
  •   effective in all sides of the game, and people without microphones can buy 1.
Why it may not work out
  •   Some players want to play without sound or do not feel like talking.
  •   Not all players have a Microphone.
  •   Some players may annoy others (Example: Immature players) and may require monitoring
