Issue
Decent effect but too many ways for it to fail. Interruption, preveil and prots. The cast time gives the enemy too much warning for the effect this spell has, making it too easy to interrupt, prot, remove or just in general play around it without suffering much at all.
Suggestion
Lower casting time to 2 seconds, lower energy cost to 10.


This skill is borked

Issue
It's an "interrupt this or lose" skill. Easy to interrupt with long recharge but if you fail to interrupt or block it you are shut down for 10 seconds.
Suggestion
Reduce energy to 10, reduce cast time to 2 seconds, reduce recharge to 15 seconds, and reduce damage by 40%.

Make it a more active skill

Issue
3 second cast is lousy, damage is overpowered. Recharge fails. Skill fails in PvE.
Suggestion
Reduce cast to 1 second, reduce duration to 6 seconds, reduce recharge to 12 seconds, reduce damage to 15...75...90

15 Energy3 Activation time15 Recharge time - (Domination Magic) - Hex Spell. Also hexes foes adjacent to target. (6 seconds.) These foes take 35...119...140 damage whenever they cast a spell or chant. Renewal: Backfire is refreshed for 6 seconds whenever foes cast a spell or chant.
