Issue
The last update made those skills more overpowered, than there still were before
Suggestion
Nerf those skills seriously!!! Those Skills are way too overpowered and allow Mesmers to spike way to heavy. I can see it only ever again in PvE Hard Mode, fighting vs. groups of Roarign Ethers, how they are able to wipe a whole party in seconds with good timed Energy Surge Spikes...

Ok, this Skill is in PvE easily counterable with Skills like Pain Inverter, but this PvE only Skill doesn't protect you from the armor ignoring uber spike ...

Change both skils to following:


"Energy Surge"[E] > 10E, 2s, 15s This Skill will drain from the target and up to 1-3 adjacent foes to that target 1-10 Energy. For every Energy point will receive the hitten foes 8 Points Damage (so max damage is 80 to max 4 foes) This Skill will cause Exhaustion!!

"Energy Burn" > 5E, 2s, 15s This Skill will drain from 1 target foe 1-10 energy and for every Energy Point will receive the foe 12 points damage, so max 120 damage to a single foe. Energy Burn does not cause Exhaustion.

This way have both Skills their own differences versus each other and are imo balanced, you want to deal more damage, then you can hit only 1 foe, you want hit more foes ?, then you must sacrifice on damage power and hittign with Energy Surge all foes on earshot was definetily insanely overpowered. Mesmers need for lots of other skills alot more serious buffs, than on those 2 Skills here Izzy!!

Issue
These skills are bad for doing damage. While damage is not a Mesmer's primary focus, they should have options to make builds centered around damage through armor.
Suggestion
Reduce recharges on these skills to 10 seconds, increase damage per energy to 20, and decrease energy loss to 1...4...5. This increases the damage output while keeping the rate of energy denial roughly the same. Energy Surge could have 25 damage per energy lost.
