Shatter Storm Shatter Storm

  • Issue: This Mesmer disenchant elite was not buffed with the Necro disenchant buff round a few months back and is easily outclassed by non-elite spells, most notably, Gaze of Contempt.
  • Suggestion: Reduce cost to 5, increase casting time to 2, change functionality to: "Target foe loses all enchantments. For each enchantment lost, this spell recharges for additional 5 seconds, (maximum 15)"
