Issue

Weak.

Suggestion

Remove a condition also, but drop healing to be similar to Healing Light. Similar to WoR, but only heals(no damage), can't precast it, etc. 40...88...100 is what HLight is, and I think it would be used. Up the cast to 1/2 with this change, and up recharge to 3

"Spell. Heal target ally for 40...88...100 and remove 1 condition. 5, 1/4, 3. "

Can make the condition removal 1...2...2, with the breakpoint at 8. Thinks its strong enough w/o it though. Up cast to 3/4 with this change.

Issue

-There are better red-bar elites such as Word of healing. Even Patient Spirit outclasses this.

Suggestion

-Make it an elite patient spirit.

• Glimmer of Light - 5, 1/4, 4 - Healing Prayers - Elite Enchantment Spell. Heal target ally for 15...63...75 health. For 5...3...2 seconds, target ally is Enchanted with Glimmer of Light.
