Issue
No reason to run this over RC, unless you have Foul Feast->Plague Sig. Most teams just run an RC over that.
Suggestion
"Enchantment Spell. For 2...6...7 seconds, target ally has a 50% chance to block attacks. When this enchantment ends, that ally is healed for 40...78...88 health." 5Energy, 1/2Activation time, 4Recharge time
Basically its an elite guardian, with a heal at the end. Half cast makes it much more difficult to interrupt.
