Issue: Aren't really in their place in Curses, which is a line that already is very strong.
Suggestion: Move to Blood Magic. I think Blood Magic has far more uses for this skill because they have some self-inflict condition skills. Also, Blood Magic is a rather weak line and is in dire need of good skills. If we want Blood Magic to be a viable option, this has to be done.
