- Issue
- Too expensive
- Just crappy compared to To the Limit!
- Paragon lacks enemy targeted shouts, like warrior has, so why not make this one?
- Suggestion
- Making it 5 energy would be great
- Obviously giving it same recharge than "To the Limit!" would allow it to keep up adrenaline, so to make it viable, the functionality must be changed
- Something like "Shout. For 20 seconds, target enemy takes 1..X..6 more damage from attacks." Making it like weak but unremovable Barbs.
Or
- Depleting target enemy adrenaline and removing stances
