The recent update made this retardedly OP

Issue

Overpowered. 10 base energy gives you a bow attack +26 damage and burning for 7 seconds? Expertise reduces this as well.

Suggestion

Revert the retarded change to this skill.

Anet sucks at balancing and refuses to learn

Suggestion 1

Fire the entire balance team. I would rather the balance be done by a bunch of monkeys rolling dice than the deliberately bad balance right now.

Suggestion 2

Increase energy to 15.
