Issue
Completely overshadowed by Destructive was Glaive in terms of functionality. Awkward and clumsy skill to use.
Suggestion
Target Spirit is destroyed. All Nearby foes are struck for 60...116...130 and are blinded for 15 seconds. (Elite version of rupture soul) Or some other functionality change.

melee range , underpowered , not worth of using it in any situation.
Suggestion
Elite Spell. All spirits within earshot will perform a Clamor of Souls , each spirit will attack one foe within earshot , each foe is struck for 10...94...115 lightning damage. (The same foe cannot be struck more than once.)

This skill lacks mobility and damage and has a condition other PBAoE does not.
Solution
5/1/10 Elite Spell: Nearby foes take 10...94...115 lightning damage and create a level 1...7...8 Spirit of Cacophony at your location. Spirit of Cacophony does nothing and dies in 10 seconds. When Spirit of Cacophony dies nearby foes take 10...70...80 damage.

This change will give a PBAoE option for a Ritualist and will help utilitize current underpowered spirit destroying skills like ruptured soul. Combine Clamor, Rupture Soul and Daoshen might be a lot of damage but cost 40 energy and require the Rit to be in combat range which is taxing for a Rit.

Solution
Elite spirit rift

15/2/15 Elite spell: Create a Clamor of souls at target foes location, for 5 seconds the clamor destroys 1 spirit in the area each second , after 5 seconds the clamor Deals 1...65...90 lightning damage to all nearby foes for each spirit that was destroyed (max 270)

The destruction effect removes the possibility for multiple Rits using it, and is the 5 second trigger will allow enough time for most foes to escape. Damage might need to be reduced, though for the cost and ease of evasion it seems fair.

Damage numbers totally made up, not sure how the formula works.

Issue
This skill deals reasonable damage but it has a very small area. What's more, it only hits one foe per ally, making it very contitional - i.e. you need to be standing in the middle of a mob of both foes and allies.
Suggestion
Give the skill a bit more flexibility and a better AoE. I had something like this in mind:
10 Energy 2 Activation time 15 Recharge time.
Elite Spell. Target ally and all nearby allies and spirits steal up to 10...34...40 health from a random nearby foe. No foe can be struck more than 1...3...3 times in one go by Clamour of Souls.
Since this is target ally, it would allow you to use it without putting yourself in danger. It also gains the ability to work off spirits as well as allies and to hit a single foe more than once. The health steal maybe isn't necessary but it gives you a way of giving your allies and spirits a little bit of extra health and ignores armour et.c. so it's a bit more potent (hence the numbers have been decreased). Additionally, I would make it so that struck foes have to be nearby the ally or spirit doing the stealing, not the target ally. This would effectively mean that the AoE range would vary to anything from just over "nearby" to twice it (although it would probably not be circular) and people closer to the middle would have a higher chance of being hit.
On the other hand, I kept the limit on the number of times a foe can be hit, just relaxed it, so that in small arenas you can murder a single foe with it thanks to having a bunch of spirits and so that foes can't be spiked by virtue of being very, very, unlucky :-). I also increased the cast time and slightly increased the recharge so that it's more interruptable and less spikey. The fact that the foes are struck randomly also means it's more likely to find us as a powerful pressure skill (and to relieve a bit of pressure from your team to boot) than a spike skill.

Suggestion
Make it to an elite version of Spirit Rift.
