Armond's Discussion

[1]--The Gates Assassin 21:04, 23 February 2008 (UTC)

So drop the damage to balance it. -- Armond WarbladeUser Armond sig image.png 22:09, 23 February 2008 (UTC)
Keep in mind it still is conditional on a hex/condition. --Life Infusion «T» 04:01, 25 February 2008 (UTC)
So I get a long recharge conditional knockdown. Woo for deadly arts. -- Armond WarbladeUser Armond sig image.png 20:27, 26 February 2008 (UTC)

Agree with reducing recharge, disagree with reducing damage. 222.127.223.69 00:47, 27 February 2008 (UTC)Shinde

why reduce damage? i would reduce recharge to 15 or 12 and increase the energy cost. It would be almost like a conditional Shock. ~ ZamaneeJinn 00:50, 1 March 2008 (UTC)

Please, reduce the recharge so it can be a decent utility skill, give sins more utility and they aren't just one trick ponies. Nothing would be broken by making this skill have a 15 second recharge or even 12 seconds.~>Sins WDBAssassin-tango-icon-20.png 04:30, 18 April 2008 (UTC)

I'd like to point out that shock's recharge isn't truly 10 seconds, its 15 (Stick with me, ill explain). It causes 5 exhaustion, and at 1 second per point of exhaustion, you can shock every 10 seconds, sure, but it takes you 15 seconds to overcome the exhaustion. That said, an extra 5 seconds, and a Unblockable, non-elite KD that can start a dagger chain doesn't seem to be underpowered. --Angelic Loki 00:33, 29 April 2008 (UTC)

Razzldazzle's Discussion

Heck, the entire Assassin profession is gimmick. Lightblade 08:28, 26 February 2008 (UTC)

That's true. Also, making it not a lead would do nothing for falling spider chains. -- Armond WarbladeUser Armond sig image.png 20:26, 26 February 2008 (UTC)
so create a new falling spider chain. not all of them have to consist of the same skills. show some diversity people. User-Wandering Traveler Sig.png Wandering Traveler 20:30, 26 February 2008 (UTC)
Uh, yeah, a falling spider chain consists of three skills, one of which is a knockdown, one of which is falling spider, and one of which is a dual attack. Some of them include after-chain skills like impale or sig of toxic shock. There's like nothing in common with falling spider chains except for the fact that they use falling spider. -- Armond WarbladeUser Armond sig image.png 20:40, 26 February 2008 (UTC)
the assassin is the gimmick profession if u hadn't herd yet --78.82.75.101 00:51, 27 February 2008 (UTC)

Explain how it is a gimmick skill? A knockdown from touch range with 20 recharge that requires the target to be hexed or conditioned? Heck, most other knockdowns are more user-friendly. Dont just throw words around without thinking it through. 222.127.223.69 00:53, 27 February 2008 (UTC)Shinde

Ive watched it used in GvG and play a reasonably high level against it. The build it creates are insta-win 'Sin builds which teleport and abuse everything they can. Its bad for the game. So i know how it works, so think next time before you speak. Explain how it makes the game better.--Razzldazzle 01:04, 28 February 2008 (UTC)
If you knew how it works, then you would know that your suggestion does jack shit. ROFL insta-fail. As for why it is good for the game, I'll tell you: sinsplit is a build for pros. It takes skill and communication to run and makes GvG dynamic, unlike boring-ass blockway. 222.127.223.69 23:42, 28 February 2008 (UTC)Shinde
Wait, what? Ganking NPCs for VoD and ViO bonus = pro? Oh, ok. PlacidBlueAlien 18:11, 29 February 2008 (UTC)

Glad you agree. 222.127.223.69 01:25, 5 March 2008 (UTC)Shinde

It doesn't take coordination to gank... You can do it without vent, team chat, or compass drawing. -- Armond WarbladeUser Armond sig image.png 16:15, 7 March 2008 (UTC)
Sure helps to have that stuff though. 76.89.81.150 04:49, 2 June 2008 (UTC)
this doesn't need a change --Frozen Archer 01:53, 13 June 2008 (UTC)
