Skye Marin's Issue -- 20:52, 21 February 2008 (UTC)

Your suggested buff would be too good imho. I'd prefer the same stats like yours combined with a 20% health sacrifice. This might balance the big buff of the skill... A. von Rin 22:37, 21 February 2008 (UTC)

imo : make it increase the recharge of all skills that the foes use against target ally , with the same stats that you suggested 189.70.159.187 15:39, 22 February 2008 (UTC)

Diversion: non-elite, 10 energy, 3 cast time, 12 recharge, 6 sec duration, disables skill for 10...47...56 seconds. Xinrae's Weapon: elite, 25 energy, 1/4 sec cast time, 30 recharge, 4...9...10 sec duration, disables spell for 5...13...15 seconds. I would change this into: Xinrae's Weapon: elite, 10 energy, 3/4 sec cast time, 15 recharge, 2...4...6 sec duration (or even fixed 6 sec, like Diversion), disables spell for 5...15...20 seconds. The balance of having no clue your target has this weapon spell is kept in check by less than half the disable time of Diversion, the higher recharge and the fact that it works only on spells. Remember it's still occupying an elite skill slot. I would do a similar job to Defiant was Xinrae also, with a bit lower requirements (being an item spell) and just caster disable, not caster and allies disable. Thinking about these two, I would actually make Xinrae's Weapon target other ally, since Defiant was Xinrae is target self only. Krothal 15:27, 3 March 2008 (UTC)

24.9.234.253's Issue -- 22:49, 21 February 2008 (UTC)

The problem with my suggestion is that it punishes tight spikes (good gameplay) while allowing sloppy spikes (bad gameplay, [rawr]) to finish at least partially unharmed. I tried to mitigate that via "target other ally" and the .75sec cast time, but I don't know if I did well enough. Longer recharge/shorter disable/shorter duration? --24.9.234.253 22:51, 21 February 2008 (UTC)

Man..this is a dangerous skill. It can either make or break the game. I'd rather not touch it. Lightblade 10:24, 22 February 2008 (UTC)
One for shorter duration and shorter disable, then. I'm thinking maybe I should cut the disable off altogether and just leave it as a Spell Breaker-like prot.
15/.75/15 For 1..2..3 seconds, target other ally has Xinrae's Weapon. Whenever a foe casts a spell on that ally, that spell fails.
Seems kind of underpowered now, but that's better than overpowered or totally useless. --71.229.204.25 10:49, 22 February 2008 (UTC) <-- 24.9.234.253 btw

192.168.1.1's Issue -- 17:20, 9 April 2008 (UTC)

Don't you reckon that making it a one time use skill might make it less game-breaking? If it's only a one time support, say, every 20 seconds, and it disables all of that attribute for a small amount of time, it might just be used for pressure relief, and maybe one attribute spikes. Not too game breaking if it has a minimal effect on those skills?

Laney's Sugg.

I like the 2nd one, the first one would be a lot better if it was "and gains (suggested range) health every time that ally is struck." Gaining max hp for 3seconds really sucks, and provides a false sense of security. ~~ User:Frvwfr2 frvwfr2 (talk · contributions) 00:45, 25 January 2009 (UTC)
