Head west out of the Jade Flats (Kurzick) outpost, and follow the quest pointer to the sly Dredge. The Sly Dredge will usually be accompanied by a group of 5-6 other Dredge.
The quest is completed once you return Jun's Art Supplies to Jun in House zu Heltzer.

- "I was painting the other day by the lake near Ferndale. A group of Dredge attacked me, and i had to flee. A Dredge, a sly Dredge if ever there was one, stole my art supplies, of all things! I don't know what it wanted with them, but they were really expensive... a gift from the Kurzick master who trained me in the arts. Please, can you retrieve my stolen art supplies?"
Accept: "I have always been a supporter of the arts."
Decline: "No. I think you need to suffer for your art."
Ask: "The sly Dredge stole my art supplies near Melandru's Hope."
